About The Job

Marketing Manager

Your Impact Starts Here

As Marketing Manager at The Graphite Lab, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that fuel growth for our sales initiatives. You’ll be responsible for shaping our messaging, planning and producing high-impact content, and supporting sales with the materials and insights they need to close deals. You’ll play a key role in building our brand, accelerating pipeline, and making sure our story resonates with the right audience at every stage of the journey.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own content creation planning across formats—blog posts, video, sales decks, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and more

  • Manage and maintain a content and campaign calendar aligned to product releases, sales needs, and strategic goals

  • Develop sales enablement assets like one-pagers, competitive guides, case studies, email templates, and pitch decks

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, sales, product, and design teams to execute full-funnel campaigns

  • Build and manage a small, high-output team of freelance writers, designers, and content producers

  • Track campaign and content performance, using data to inform decisions and optimize ROI

  • Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visuals are consistent across all customer touchpoints

  • Support growth initiatives, including SEO, social media, paid acquisition, and partner marketing

  • Lay the foundation for future marketing hires and process (growth, content, video, community, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications

Who you are:

  • A creative and strategic thinker who can both see the big picture and dive into the work

  • A clear communicator and storyteller who can break down technical ideas into customer-friendly language

  • Comfortable working across disciplines and coordinating multiple moving parts

  • Organized, resourceful, and outcome-driven

What you bring:

  • 3–5+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally at a SaaS or tech startup

  • Proven experience leading content strategy and execution across digital channels

  • Demonstrated success in enabling sales teams with the tools they need to close deals

  • Strong copywriting and project management capabilities

  • Experience working with or managing freelancers and creative partners

  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Apollo, Notion, Canva, or Figma



Bonus: Background in trades, small business marketing, or agency work serving blue-collar industries
