About The Job
Project Manager

We seek a detail-oriented Project Manager with ServiceTitan expertise to optimize workflows, analyze operational data, and ensure accurate process documentation for trade businesses. The role requires strong technical proficiency with ServiceTitan, analytical reporting skills, and the ability to manage projects in dynamic environments.
What you'll be doing:
Process Mapping & Documentation:
Develop and refine operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain accurate documentation of all processes and system configurations
Technical Proficiency:
Utilize ServiceTitan and related platforms to support business operations
Work with multiple systems to ensure seamless data flow and integration
Analytical & Reporting Skills:
Analyze performance metrics and operational KPIs
Process and interpret raw data including customer records, location data, and contact information
Generate detailed reports with actionable insights for operational improvement
Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and shifting priorities
Troubleshoot system issues and workflow bottlenecks
Support integration of new automation while maintaining legacy systems
Project Coordination:
Gather requirements and align deliverables with project goals
Track and report on project milestones and deadlines
Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
Skills & Qualifications
Who you are:
Process Mapping & Documentation:
Experience in developing and refining workflows and SOPs
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with tools and systems such as ServiceTitan and other platforms.
Analytical & Reporting Skills:
Ability to analyze performance metrics, generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights. They should be capable of analyzing both performance metrics and raw data such as customer, location, and contact information to identify meaningful trends.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
Comfort with last-minute changes and dynamic environments, such as integrating new automation while maintaining legacy systems to ensure seamless operations.
Strong Communication:
Comfortable with customer-facing interactions.
Attention to Detail:
Keen focus on ensuring that data, documentation, and processes are accurate.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
Ability to align project goals, gather necessary information, and finalize deliverables.
What you bring:
Minimum 1 year hands-on ServiceTitan experience in an administrative or operational capacity
Proven experience developing workflows and SOPs
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret both metrics and raw data
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
Excellent attention to detail in documentation and processes
Nice-to-haves:
ServiceTitan Certification
Experience with QuickBooks integration
Background in trade service operations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
Process Mapping & Documentation:
Experience in developing and refining workflows and SOPs
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation:
Competitive salary, to be determined based on experience.
Base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus based on performance.
