ServiceTitan captured valuable data from timesheets and job summaries, but converting that information into a customer-ready work order was manual, inconsistent, and time-consuming. Customers often received plain or confusing documents that didn’t reflect the quality of service provided.

Including pricing on every document created unnecessary confusion for commercial clients, and formatting limitations meant ENCON couldn’t control the look and feel of their communications. TGL built a custom workflow that automatically parsed timesheet and job summary data into polished PDF work orders without pricing. These work orders were automatically attached to the customer’s record in ServiceTitan and sent directly to the client in a clean, modern email. The entire process was hands-off for ENCON staff, ensuring speed, consistency, and professionalism with every job.
