Bug Fix
More Accurate Summaries – The summarizer now better matches your selected Desired Character Length for improved consistency.
Call IQ

New Features
Employee Assignment – You can now assign employees to specific calls.
AI Employee Suggestions – An AI agent will start automatically suggesting who it thinks handled each call, saving you time on manual assignments.
Note that our agent learns off of previous assignments, so some calls must be categorized manually before the AI can start assigning.
Dashboards

New Features
Custom Aggregation Options – Pie charts now support both count and sum aggregation, so you can choose exactly how your data is calculated.
Color Customization – Choose your own chart colors!
Pie charts can utilize as many colors as you want, and will rotate through your list as needed. If you just choose one color, we’ll create a gradient based on it.
Bar charts now let you select your preferred color.
Font Size Controls – Adjust text size for better readability.
Category Thresholds – If you have a lot of small pie chart categories, you can set a percentage threshold (e.g., 5%) to automatically group the smaller ones into an “Other” category.

New Features
Visual Refresh – Updated icons for a cleaner look.
Department-Based Organization – Tools are now grouped by department for easier access:
Asset Management, Customer Success, Dispatch, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Sales

Purchasing Assistant

New Feature
Redesigned Table Experience – You can now sort by any column, choose which columns are visible (and in what order), and filter by column content for a more flexible workflow.
All existing functionality stays the same!
Bug Fixes
Rounding – All monetary values are now rounded consistently to two decimal places.
Searching - The new table functionality also addresses the bugs that would occur when searching for invoices.
Recall Detective

White Screen Issue Fixed – The app no longer goes blank after a submission.
Tasks

New Features
Dedicated Task Management Page – View all your tasks in one place.
Not only can tasks be added and edited in this page, but they can also be sorted into custom groups, similar to other pages in the platform.
Kanban Functionality – Within custom groups, users have the option of also creating their own statuses that will display as Kanban columns for visual management of tasks.
Contextual Task Creation – Create tasks directly from other pages (e.g., Purchasing Assistant, CallIQ). They’ll automatically appear in your Task Management view, tagged with the originating page.
Tools

New Feature
Smarter Tool Browser – The Tools page now doubles as a searchable hub. Quickly browse, find, and navigate to any tool directly.
Webpages

New Features
Instance Management – You can now view all instances created from a specific webpage template.
Create and update webpage instances directly from the toolbox.
Instance Insights – Each instance now has its own page showing history of views, submissions, and other analytics.
