Flexible Work Schedule
You'll work 30 hours during regular business hours to optimize collaboration, and 10 hours on your own schedule, giving you flexibility while still staying connected to the team.
I have been in the technology customer service industry for over 20 years and worked around the service industry for the last 10. I've always enjoyed the aspect of my work related to helping people learn something new. Nothing makes me happier than for someone to come to me with a problem that either I know the answer to or we can figure it out together. The Graphite Lab gives me the opportunity to do this, as well as to work with an unbelievably supportive team. Every day is different, which is always very fun. I get to help people learn something new or change software, which can be very stressful. I appreciate the opportunity to get to help them through what could be a difficult time.
