ABOUT THE JOB
Content Strategist
Your Impact Starts Here
We’re hiring a Content Strategist to support our content operations, strengthen editorial planning, and improve how our content performs across platforms.
You’ll work closely with our in-house copywriter as a partner in research, strategy, distribution, analytics, and light content creation. This role is focused on planning, coordination, optimization, and cross-channel alignment—not redefining or owning the brand voice.
What you'll be doing:
Build and maintain an editorial calendar across web, email, social, and product education
Conduct research (audience, competitors, topics, formats) to inform planning
Coordinate workflows with writers, designers, marketing stakeholders, and leadership
Create and organize briefs, outlines, timelines, and asset requests
Track performance and share recommendations (engagement, SEO, CTR, conversions)
Support light writing/editing (social, email snippets, landing page sections)
Help repurpose and transform content into new formats
Support cross-team alignment around campaigns, launches, and priorities
Skills & Qualifications
Who you are:
Highly organized and detail-driven
Data-informed—you like measuring and improving performance
Collaborative and supportive (you help others do their best work)
Comfortable operating behind the scenes to keep things moving
Curious, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve
What you bring:
3–5 years in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing
Strong project management and content ops experience
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social analytics, SEO tools, etc.)
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research
Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Clear writing and editing skills for short-form content
Bonus: SaaS/tech/B2B experience
Bonus: experience with trades, field service, or workflow automation
